Inspection Triage reads the inspection report you send us about a house you are buying. This page says what happens to it.

What we keep, and for how long

Your form answers, the report you send and the finished triage are kept for 45 days after delivery so we can answer questions during your negotiation, then deleted. Your email address is kept only to send you the payment link and the triage; if you asked for the sample by email, it is kept for those emails until you reply “stop” or click the unsubscribe line.

What we never do

We never publish your report, the address or the triage, never contact the seller, the inspector, your agent or anyone else on your behalf, never sell or share your details, and never use what you send for anything but your order.

Payment

You get an order code on the site and a card payment link by email. We see the order code and the email the receipt went to, not your card details.

Analytics

The site counts visits with a cookie-free analytics script. No personal data is collected by it.
